We all have a vision of what we want but very few achieve it. Why? Well, it goes beyond just writing down a goal and taking action. Most people skip the middle step – planning. Think of your goal as a vacation. You need to plan ahead before you go. Just because you know your destination doesn’t mean you jump in your car and go without packing, booking a hotel and mapping out how to get there. But, this is how most people approach goals.
